Joe is the Creative Director and Lead Editor of Wayback Digital. His style is fast and modern while never sacrificing the storytelling of a project. Joe is an Emmy Award Winning director, producer and editor with over 10 years of experience under his belt working on projects for MLB, NFL, ESPN, UConn, Madison Square Garden, PGA and the Seattle Mariners, just to name a few. Joe is also a certified drone pilot.

Maddie Chesbro

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Maddie is the Executive Producer at Wayback Digital and with a background in TV news production, she knows how to zero in on what really matters to a video to elevate the message and emotion. Maddie started at NBC before moving on to E! Live Events and ABC7 in Los Angeles.
